Can any legitimate owners of FS2004 inform us whether or not FS2004 comes packaged with the GMAX software the way that FS2002 did? Also, this may have been answered already, but I haven't been able to find the answer while searching, but can anyone inform us what the "standard" packaging is on FS2004? Is it the tin box, a DVD case, or jewel case? Sorry for these minor questions, I'm just curious.
