Parking for addon airports in FS2004 ... is it possible yet?

I know the AFCAD utility for FS2004 is not yet available, but I swear I saw some screenshots parking at addon airports in FS2004. If AFCAD is not available, how was it possible to do that? Thanks.

I would suspect maybe its becos the parking and gates have been incorporated in the addon's BGL file (simflyers i know use those) but im only guessing here.
