Ive just purchased ASv6 for FS9. What have I been missing for the last few years. Ive noticed that when flying PSS 757, with the VC taken out, that my frame rates drop to between 9-11. When I fly the Eurowings BAE146 my rates stay between 18-20. I have the rates fixed in FS at 21. Ive checked the cloud textures for DTX3.I know Im new to this and I need to experiment with the various settings, but has anyone got some advise, or tips.My system is quite old, running a P4 3 hz with 2 gig memory, and a ATI A1950 pro card. Hi Steve,Limit your cloud layers through AS. I would suggest 3. Might also try lower resolution textures through ASG as well.

Well I did as you said Jim, Ive never seen FS9 better. what have i been missing. what a great purchase.I cant believe Ive never bought this before now. Its transformed my flying.Thanks again for your advice steve
