FLIGHT DECK III FOR FS2002 WHERE IS ALL THE CREW??

I just bought FLIGHT DECK III for Fs2002 and the aircraft animation,catapult lunch and cable-grabbing system is awsome. It took me a while to stick the landings with my Lago F-16. Any ways after flying around and practicing manuvers and landing on the USS George Washington it suddenly dawned on me. Where is every one?? There are no other aircraft on the carrier no animated flight plans of any landings or takeoffs! So would it be neat if we saw aircraft coming from the bottom level being transported to the top? Or watching f-14s takeoff and land or even be waiting in traffic with them? It would be nice to feel the pressure that I need to taxi and line up on the catapult and knowing if not done fast enough I will have an F-14 up my rear sitting in my seat and have a pist off crew!Does anyone no where I can get an active carrier like this or is there any utility or way I can add planes and flight plans to ship i am using?? Any help would be great. Thanks, Joe
