Change panning rate

The panning rate for FS2004, in my opinion, is way too slow. It takes about 4 seconds to turn your head from one side of the plane to the next. The settings is in the fs9.cfg file, at:[CONTROLS] PAN_RATE=400I increased it to 1000, and now it takes maybe 2 seconds to turn my head. I suppose I could make it faster if I wanted, but this feels more realistic.
