Questions to real pilots

I am trying to make my flights as real as possible. For that reason I have a couple of questions for real airliners pilotsTaking off procedure: Flaps at 5; GPS button on; Auto Pilot and Auto Throttle on; Altitude and Vertical Speed set as desired (normally I set the VS at 2.5k or 3k, depending on the plane), Speed set as desired, Yaw damper on. Then full throttle and at 150 knots (average) press TO/GA button. Once in the air immediately landing gear up, Altitude hold

Flap setting are chosen for a variety of reason, aircraft weight, runway length and current conditions etc
