Hey I seen SimCharts 2002 pretty cheap at a local pro shop, and was wondering if it will work ok with FS2004 or will it require a patch?

There's a new version of Simcharts, version 3.0 for FS2004. I doubt version 2.0 which is coupled with FS2002 will work with FS2004. Go to the jeppesen/flitepro website for more info http://www.jeppesen.com/wlcs/index.jsp

I suggest you to wait till they release the new version, I happened to me last year, I bouth a set of Simcharts at a very low price, things turned out I was getting the old version, so in order to complete my collection, I tried to get the rest of the charts, and they were not available, so I bought the new version and guess what: I could not have installed both versions on my machine. So I end up with to complimentary but partial sets of Charts, go figure...
