Flightsim 2k4 questions.

I do love flightsims. The trouble with most of them out there is that they provide no PURPOSE to doing anything... just giving you the ability to move the aircraft around.Has 2k4 finnaly fixed this for those of out there that look for something more in our games/sims?For example, if I am flying a passanger aircraft, and I land at an airport... and I taxi to the gate area, I would really prefer gate control to take over, moving my jet to the ramp... opening my door, and giving me the feel that I am actually flying for that airline. Then I can move those persons, or cargo if you are doing that instead to other airports.Just one example. Another one is making one closer to a game at the same time, such as if you do said things and do them properly you get paid, allowing you to purchase unlocked planes. I know the last part isn't there (would love to see it) but does 2k4 finnaly give you a REASON to go to an airport?

Well, for the most part, as far as "objectives" go, FS2K4 is the same as FS2k2 (or any of the Flight sims for that matter). You don't get paid, you don't unlock planes. The FS series lets you be a pilot. You can ferry anything you like, passengers, cargo, or both. You can ferry yourself and even look at the awesome sceneries. There are no ramp agents to direct you to the gate, but there are taxiway signs everywhere.ATC is definitely much improved in FS2K4 (so are the flight models). If you want something that allows you to have objectives or missions, definitely look at the combat sims.
