No Radio Stack in FS2004

I have came across a really big problem... In certain aircraft the main pannel will appear in all black. If I mouse over the completely dark area, the cursor will still act as if there is a gauge there. I can go to VC view. This is very true with the ALL of the new classic/historical aircraft. But one other variation of this problem is in the B734. It shows the main panel and all gauges with no problem, untill I click on the radio stack button. When I do, the main panel goes black and the radio stack comes up all brown. I can undock windows and they show fine. I have been a user of FS since 95 and haven't seen anything like this.
