Can't change view / plane doesn't move

My FS9 was working perfectly until a few days ago, when for some reason the only view I have is the cockpit view. This happened after installing Tileproxy, but the problem is the same whether I run Tileproxy or not. When I switch view the sound changes accordingly, but all I see is my cockpit. The image is also frozen on the first image that loads. The controls in the cockpit work fine, which means that the cockpit tells me speed and altitude and everything, but all I can see is that darn runway...
