Hi,Just heard back. Is ASA still installed? If not, this is the reason. Download and use the Full ASE installer if you don't want to re-install ASA. Then just use your ASA key to register ASE.

Hi Jim,I am not sure how but I got ASE working. Funny thing though, I tried to bring up ASA but it asked for a key, but would not take any Key I entered. Since I am using ASE now I won't worry about that.Thanks for your help.Davidl3541
