Mooney and REX

I am wondering if any of you Mooney and Rex owners have had this problem. I posted this in the REX forums and would if you could please take some time to read it and see if this problem has occured in your Mooney.Also if you fixed it , please let me know, as we are in a pickle trying to figure out why it isn't working correctly.Bottom line is gauges will not load while REX is turned on and the outside lights won't work either.
