MDM Systems, Inc. Flight Sim Controller

I recently came into possession of a model FS-100 contoller manufactured by MDM Systems. I purchased the unit second hand with no documentation or support software. Some searching revealed that MDM Systems was acquired by Jeppesen. I contacted them to try to get information on the device with no luck. It looks like a really well built unit but as is I don't know how to use it!!The interface cable splits into three. Where do they go? Are drivers needed?Can anyone help??Thanks,
