fsx.cfg problems with default flight

Featured Replies

Hi All.I've setup a default flight to use with FSX on computer #2 via WideView. In FSX on computer #2 I first disable controls, set weather, time, and other parameters then start a flight, check again to make sure everything is set the same as b/f starting the flight (i.e. controls off etc) then save the flight as the default flight.I also disable the startup window (can't remember what it's called) so when I start FSX on #2 it goes straight into loading the default flight. The problem is that when the default flight loads it's not the same configuration as I saved in that controls will be enabled, the time is current computer time, and weather will be different.I think there's something in the fsx.cfg that keeps re-setting the controls, time, etc. regardless of how I saved the flight? What am I missing here? Thanks.Bruce
