ASX/ASA/ASE

Featured Replies

I am an ASX user and apart from the usual little glitches, have been quite happy with it. Not only has ASA been available for a while now, I note that ASE is a further product. I haven't bothered upgrading from ASX to ASA because the problems that users encounter seem to be not that much different from ASX and besides, it's still just a weather program like ASX. Will ASX continue to be supported? I can't help get the feeling that ASX may be getting ignored. For example, your blurb says with regard to ASE.....Active Sky Evolution is the next installment in the Active Sky series, bringing further refinement and accuracy in weather synthesis and depiction, improved smoothing, increased high-fidelity aircraft compatibility, a new graphical look and many other behind-the-scenes improvements to further increase your desktop flight and weather simulation experience! Why aren't these further refinements incorporated into ASX instead of making separate products that people are paying for? Thanks.

Hi Temp,If "by supported" you mean with any updates or service packs, then the answer would be no. The main reason for this is because of programming limitations. If you mean providing answers, new downloads, replacement keys, etc. by all means the answer would by yes. We carry out those types of support situations whenever possible for all our products.
