FS9 - aircraft state.cfg files located in personal folder

Featured Replies

Inside the folder where the FS9.cfg file is located, are a whole bungh of folders which match the aircraft that you have installed. Inside each of these folders is a "state.cfg" file. I noticed the following lines inside my lear folder's state.cfg file:[engine.0]accumulated_time=14.169554[engine.1]accumulated_time=14.157217Does FS9 actually use this to simulate wear on engines? Perhaps it's for 3rd party programs usage? Does anyone have any ideas if it does anything at all?- Martin

Dont know but love it!! Finally we have a way to see actaul airframe wear. Kilstorm

I think its only for statistical use so one can see how many miles or hours the plane has flown :)Would be neat with some wear effects though...
