On April 1, 2010, Eastern will start to roll out its latest and most up-to-date fleet starting with the 747-400. Over the next few months, new aircraft will be updated with a newer paint scheme and the most advanced avionics available to date for both FS9 and FSX. In addition to the Boeing roll-out celebration, we will be updating our entire fleet to include Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Beechcraft, and the now defunct real-world Eastern historic aircraft. Whether you fly small-props or the big tin, or anything in between, Eastern Airlines Virtual has some of the most updated aircraft on the web.In addition the updated aircraft, Eastern Airlines Virtual is celebrating an unprecedented 12 continuous years online as a virtual airline. To mark this amazing feat, we are having monthly Eastern 'hops.' with never seen before flights. For the month of April, we are having an 'April Holy Land Hop' with service from the United States to Israel and back.
