NEED HELP, cant use multisceen to use printscreen

Hi,Lately I have been unable to use two screen (NVidea Geforce 9600 GT graphic card),Ultramom and MGrab to make screenshots, I hope someone cane help me to solve this problem.(It works if I dont use two screen)I have been using MGrab for a long time now but for 3 weeks ago I start getting error message as soon I hit the Printscreen button = " Cannot save 2 color images in this format " ?I have try 3 more add-ons with the same result - not work or cant save ? ( Screenshot tools, FSScreen, Icyscreen)I have update my screen with latesed version, use latesed graphic version for NVidia and set NVidia 3D for Fligth Simlator and multiscreen.I also use nHansen ver. 2.5.7 and set the optin as NickN.I think the suggestion settings has to be update by NickN, or maybe that are done.
