Getting new Goflight MESM to work

Recommended Posts

Guest Philipp EDDF

Hi Folks,I just got the new Goflight MESM (Multiple Engine Start Module) and installed the latest GF drivers. The device was detected normally and I wanted to assign the necessary settings to the start knobs and ignition switch.Guess what, this seems to be a real problem to me :( All selections that I can make are "Engine_Start_On" or "Off". Sounds strange for selectors like CONT or FLT Start, even more for the ignition switches, which seem to work as starters only. I guess that I have to assign the needed functions by "Key Sequence". But there is another problem, FSX doesn't support all different settings like FLT or CONT start or IGNITION LEFT, RIGHT. Therefore I can't assign any keys to work with different settings.Others seem to use the new GF device nicely, so I guess that I'm the problem :( How should the knobs and switches be assigned? Maybe someone can make a screenshot from his settings within Goflight Config? Thanks for help.Best regardsPhilipp
