Independence Virtual is looking for talented and experienced individuals to fill the following positions:- Vice President -Assists the CEO with maintaining and operating the virtual airline. He/she must be valid pilot at FLYIVA. He/she must hold at least the Captain Rank. Be in good standing at FLYIVA and have the knowledge to hold this position. Must be fully engaged in our forums to answer questions and deal with issues that might occur. Chief Pilots will be selected and reviewed by the senior management at FLYIVA. VATSIM and company equipment knowledge required. Basic functions will include approving and denying PIREPs per company procedures, maintaining IAD operations manual and providing reports to CEO and management regarding the IAD base.- Human Resources Director -The Human Resources Director manages new pilots, applicants, main roster maintenance and terminations. He/she must be valid pilot at FLYIVA. He/she must hold a Senior Captain He/she must hold at least the Captain rank. Be in good standing at FLYIVA and have the knowledge to hold this position. Must be fully engaged in our forums to answer questions and deal with issues that might occur.- IAD Chief Pilot-IAD Chief Pilot oversees and maintains operations within the IAD base. He/she must be valid pilot at FLYIVA. He/she must hold at least the Captain Rank. Be in good standing at FLYIVA and have the knowledge to hold this position. Must be fully engaged in our forums to answer questions and deal with issues that might occur. Chief Pilots will be selected and reviewed by the senior management at FLYIVA. Be in good standing at FLYIVA and have the knowledge to hold this position. Must be fully engaged in our forums to answer questions and deal with issues that might occur.- Fleet Manager -The fleet manager maintains the FLYIVA fleet. His/her first responsibility will be to develop a freeware fleet for the FSX and FS9 simulators. Then, responsibilities will include repainting popular pay ware aircraft and updating the freeware fleet as necessary. He must be valid pilot at FLYIVA. He/she must hold a Captain rank. He/she must hold at least the Captain Rank. Be in good standing at FLYIVA and have the knowledge to hold this position.
