April 22, 201016 yr any help thanks...................Robert29,000 - 11,000 = 18,000ft of altitude to lose.18,000ft / 2,000fpm = 9 minutes to descend300kt / 60 = 5nm per minute.5nm * 9 minutes = 45nm to descend.Answer is B.
