engine control via joystick

Hi all, just a quick questionback when i used to fly Flight Unlimited 2 there was a control setup that allowed for mixture and prop control to be controled like this :holding down a joystick button then pushing back and forth on the stick would adjust the mixture and prop depending on the button that was held down.so my question is this, is this control setup possible on FSX?thanks all bye
