May 2, 201016 yr Hi all,I am confused and not sure how to fix this problem.The problem is 2 of the aircraft I use DA20 Katana & Just Flight Mosquito for FSX, are showing grey textures. Is this because of DX10 and therefore do I need to convert the bmp files to DSS files? If so, how so?Can I simply turn off or uninstall DX10 or DX11.Finally how do I check which Direct X am I using.Sorry for being a numbnuts, but if it weren't for people like me then all you brainy dudes would'nt get yer well deserved recognitions. :(
May 2, 201016 yr It does sound like they're not DX10 compatible.Open FSX and click on these things;- Settings- Customize- Under the 'Graphics' tab look for 'Preview DirectX 10'- Untick that box- Click OKThen load up a flight with your aircraft and see what happens.
