Is there a tweak to the system that allow (or caches) scenery and AI textures? Occassionally when I change to external views I loose the texture on both the AI A/C and scenery, they appear as white blobs, albeit properly shaped and if A/C moving as they should. I do recall seeing something from MS on this and usually by hitting the backspace key it re-loads the texture, but not always. I am running on an AMD XP1800, XP Pro, 1GB DDR Ram, Radeon 9700 with the Omega drivers. I never had this issue with FS2K2.Kevin

There is a new "refresh scenery" option in the sim. I've assigned a key sequence of Ctrl/Shift/S to it. I use it after slewing, as it's easy to slew out of clear textures if you do it fast enough. "Ctrl/Shift/S" reloads the scenery and takes just a few seconds to do it.I don't know if this will help with AI, but it may be worth a try.
