TileProxy wont load

Hello all,I was quite happy with amazing tileproxy and my FSX, unitil yesterday when i try to use some proxyuser.ini file i got on the net, ever since i am not able to launch tileproxy and fsx, i even re-installed the tileproxy many time, run cleanup few times but nothing seems to work, the tileproxy start normally and when fsx flight is launched the progress bar never ever pass beyond 39%, i even replaced back the good working tileproxy.ini file.Need assistanceG.M.Din
