Question - Call Sign in FS9

Featured Replies

Hi There,I can't remember how I changed the list of callsigns in FS2002!I was simply going to swap the file over from FS2002 to FS9.Can anyone advise me where the call sign list is located? Thanks, Boone(Really looking forward to hearing Southwest this time around!!!)

Look in your FS2002 aircraft folder. It should be there named Airlines.cfg right at the bottom.Just copy it over to the same aircraft folder in FS9 and overwrite the cfg file there - backing the other one up first if you feel that need.

You also need to update the voicepack file, if it doesn't contain the desired airline callsigns. Look for Editvoicepak. It's pretty self-explanatory. I don't have FS2004 yet, so I haven't personally tried it with the new files. Anybody know? The pre-release scuttlebutt was that MS hadn't changed this stuff, so it should all work.

Ah, of course... Thanks so much!Regards, Boone
