Just to add to it. I am 22 years old and have been in a few VA's. I am really looking to get a VA going that does not require all users to be on Vatsim. I sort of want to have a laid back approach, but at the same time have structure to the VA.

You may want to add a few more details on your VA. Name, routes, etc. :(

The name of the airline is going to be Bai Airways. It is pronounced "Buy". I want to start out with 2 Hubs. One HUB will be either KEWR (Newark Int'l) or KJFK. The 2nd Hub would either be KDFW or KIAH in Texas. I would like to start out with the following routes.KEWR or KJFK to:KDFW or KIAHKORDKLAXKLASKMCOMDPC (Punta Canta, Dominican Repbulic)TJSJ (San Juan, Puerto Rico)KSEAKPHXKSFOKINDKATLKTPAKDFW or KIAH to:KEWR or KJFKKORDKMDWKLAXKLASKMCOMDPCTJSJKSEAKPHXKSFOKINDKCLEKATLKIADRegional Services will becoming as well. The mainline services will be flown by:A320-231A319-131B757-200The regional fleet will be: (Bai Connections or Bai Airlink) this will be the regional fleet nameDash-8-Q400Dash-8-Q200Bombardier CRJ-900This is what I am throwing around in my head so far.
