Blurry Jets in FS2004

Featured Replies

Why is it The big jets in FS2004 have blurry Textures? All the aircraft, and jets on FS2002 had clear textures, but this is not the case with FS2004.Have Microsoft stiffed this up? As everything else looks great, but not the jets? Also the smaller Aircraft seem fine, and are good textures. And yes have the Aircraft setting up High, as there is a Ultrahigh setting but cannot set the Aircraft to this as it always resets back to high.

hithere is a fix for blurry textures for the 747.its called b747.400.zip,think i got it from here....just do a search in the file library. best wishes steve

Yeah I found them both, the 777-300 and 747-400. Does anyone know when there is going to be a fix for the 737-400? As I don't see any fixes yet for this aircraft?

Check your global detail slider in the Hardware tab of the settings. All the aircraft detail has been tied to that slider, if it is medium or lower, you will get fuzzy textures. Try moving it to high or massive.
