Installing FSX

Featured Replies

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but seeing as it is a hardware issue I thought I would give it a go. I just built my new system and am looking for the best way to go about installing fsx. I have a 120 ssd as my main boot drive and a 1tb wd black hd. My plane was to put just fsx on the main ssd drive and since I have a bunch of addons I was going to put those on the wd. First of all is this possible and second of all how would one go about doing this. Im sorry if this has been asked but I have been searching and can't seem to find a definitive answer. Thanks MuchSam Wilskey

Scenery addons can be placed anywhere on your harddrive as long as your Scenery Library "sees" them. You can add these addons to the Scenery Library manually. So you can have FSX on one hard drive and all your addons on other hard drives. Sounds like what you are planning is the right course of action. Best regards,Jim
