Might try going under device mamager, find your network adapter and roll back driver. 2nd option would be to use another pc and download the driver for your network card and reinstall them. Are you sure your IP is not a static IP address vs. a Dynamic one, if it is you will not be able to access the internet no matter what you do unless you enter the IP/submask and both DNS server addresses.

that didnt work it was somekind of problem with the dll's that control that service had to upgrade to win 7 i hope fs9 will be ok in win 7thnks for the hlp
