July 10, 201015 yr BE WARNED about this place. The same person tried to open up a VA called "Atlantic International Virtual Airlines" not too long ago and it was an absolute disaster working with these people. As a staff member, I remember having very strict deadlines, a lot of angry staff members and not having any say in the VA operations because there was a "Board of Directors" that made all the decisions whom the president(the same guy behind this new VA, Mr. Sayles) would not tell us who these "Board of Directors" or how to contact them. So after seeing staff member after staff member disappear I began to realize this wasn't the place for me. Sure enough, I don't check my email for a few days because of real world time commitments and the next time I do I get an email saying I have been "let go." Then a few weeks later I get an email saying they would love to have me back, but by then I had no interest in continuing working with this sketchy operation. They disbanded briefly, but now they have changed their name from "Atlantic International Virtual" to "Pacific International Virtual." There's a reason these people have taken so long to get a VA up and running. Hint: stay away. I don't normally go out of my way to call a VA out, but since I care about the flightsim community and don't want people to fall in the same trap I did, I thought I would share my two cents. If anyone has any more questions about my experience with them please PM me.
