AES- running in win xp admin mode

OK, I've researched this problem, and it seems the reason why AESHelp isn't running for me is because AESHelp is running in "Win XP Admin Mode." AESHelp is the only program that runs in this mode on my computer and because of this, FSX doesn't connect. My question is how do I run AESHelp in Standard mode. Thanks for your help.
