SbRelay FS9 Multiplayer

Here is the problemStart everything as per the SBrelay Readme.First attempt i get an error box about sb.exe failure do i want to send an error report..of course is select NO.Go to SB start icon click it again..and all works fine..This happens every single time i start.I have the exact same problem with the IVAO fix.SB fails on the first attempt, works on the second. Always.UNTIL this.I disconnect and/or shutdown the multiplayer/flightsim.When i try to connect again..no way..no how.SB.exe has encountered a problem and needs to shutdown send error report..NO.It will not connect at all. Either useing IVAO or SBrelay. Many attempts , waiting for up to 30mins..no way will it connect, SB that is.Another problem, is the SBhost window..once SB has failed this box stays open on my screen and will not shutdown..no matter what, i have to leave the flightsim in order for that box to go away.I have to do a reboot in order to connect to the Vatsim network again.Major pain in the butt.I am convinced its an FS9, or DX9.0a thing.ANy ideas.I have tried different start up routines..nope.doesnt matter what is started first or last..SB fails the first attempt but will connect the second time.Shooterman
