How can I set the altimeter in this 737-800 panel

Hello I recently downloaded and installed the new 737-800 panel made by Kevin Sparkuhl, the file name is ks737ng.zip. I can't set the altimeter manually not by pressing B. If I am using real world weather and I go over 18,000ft I can't set the altimeter to 29.92. If I try to set it by the standby altimeter when I click it, FS2002 freezes. Somebody please help me because I want to fly the 737-800 really bad.Thank you.
