Not sure what you mean by that statement, but if you are using any of their logos, etc. on your web site (which you appear to be doing) and JetBlue finds out, they will shut you down.

We are not using any of their logo's nor legal trademarks on our website, and we do not intend upon doing so. simB6 is not a legal trademark of jetBlue's, and, the picture as shown in the header background on our webpages are very much within legal boundaries because of the fact that it is a picture.
