CEO, Martin Kellenbarger announced during a Press Release that PanAm-VA has re-structured the PanAm-VA Executive Staff. "I feel that this was a needed change, this allows the VA to tighten up the ranks. By doing this we are able to better define each role of the Executive Team; which will give each Executive member the recognition they deserve for what they have brought to the virtual airline". CEO, Martin Kellenbarger also stated by doing this PanAm-VA will also be able to better serve the Hub Managers and virtual airline pilots. The New PanAm-VA Executive Structure will be as follows: Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Martin Kellenbarger Chief Operating Officer (COO): Jochen Herlitz - Reports Directly to the CEO Chief of Fleet Design (CFD) David Grindele - Reports Directly to the CEO President of Operations (PO): Ryan Davis - Reports Directly to the COO Vice President of Operations (VPO) - Open Position - Reports Directly to the PO PanAm-VA Hub Managers will now report directly to the President of Operations (PO), Ryan Davis we offer a relaxed environment, only (1) flight per month is required, and we don't require any entrance exam. We have some new aircraft that is available. We will look next month on getting new routes added with the new aircraft that we have. We have new aircraft available for both PanAm and NAL. We now have a new feature for potential applicants and pilots as well. A "Live" PanAm-VA Support button has been added to the website. There is a button on the "Join" page, and on the "Corporate" page. Whenever an operator is available it will show that someone is "Online". Should no one be available it will allow the person to "Leave a Message".This will give potential applicants an opportunity to chat with someone should they have a question about the VA when applying. It will also allow our current pilots an opportunity to chat with us in real time if they don't have Skype. New planes for NAL and the Heritage Division including the DC-9 and Super Constellation.
