Taxiing the Dreamfleet 310

Recommended Posts

Excuse this if it has been covered - my search wasn't helpful.Even at slow speeds, small rudder inputs cause the 310 to zigzag while on the ground, sometimes doing a 180 - opps! Aircraft flies great in the air but severely touchy on the ground. My Logitech joystick is calibrated and I do not have this problem with any other aircraft.Any ideas? Beemer

Beemer,Interesting. I was just about to purchase this aircraft too, which I am still going to. Is this in FS2004? You could try using differential braking, the 'F11' and 'F12' keys on your keyboard, instead of rudder. See if that helps. Let me know! Ah, well, I'll be finding out anyway. :)Hope that helps, :-waveOne Tin soldier

If your into GA aircraft, the 310 is the BEST!!! In fact, I pretty much fly it exclusively, despite the stearing.I'm sure it's something in my setup, although like I said, none of the the other aircraft do this. It get's in this oscillating path - even though I try not to over-compensate. I'll try the differential braking.Go ahead and get it... wonderfully detailed aircraft.ThanksBeemer
