Crashes seem to be very configuration specific. Is your motherboard a via chipset? Check this thread out. Cleared up all my crashes. Not sure it will work for you but I spent two weeks trying to find my problem. I suggest doing a lot of searching thru all the forums and your answer will likely come up.
