Greetings... is anyone using this freeware program in FS-2004? Just wondered how you installed it and any changes you made to your cfg file. Thank you.

Search for "Oceanfx" and download the file "ofx20sa.zip," its under the FS2004 section so use that with the other two files(OCEANSFX.ZIP and OCEANSTX.ZIP).
