After a new install of WinXP and all other software ,when I ran FSMetar I got the"missing comdlg32.ocx" error(and the others as well).After d/l the missing files from activex.microsoft, I ibnstalled them - problem was where did they have to go - I finally put copies of the missing files in both Windows/system and also system32.Fine - everything works OK - my question is just this - which folder is the correct one - system or system32?(I'm guessing that it's 32)Dave
