FS9 and Traffic Tools

Hi, I am new to TT and have created a simple flight in TT...I start the sim and go to the specific airport that the newly created flight plan is, change the time and my planes start to roll....they get to the hold short position and just sit there until they disappear? No ATC chatter nothing???? What am I doing wrong? here is the line from my flight plans txt so u can view it..Any help is really appreciated..
