Missing Traffic

Featured Replies

I am currently using MyTraffic 2010 but it is not an activated scenery. Instead I downloaded a bunch of flight plans from FlightSim and converted them all from FS2004 to FSX format, but the problem is when I go to Miami there is no AI at the gates or cargo parking!

MyTraffic renames all the traffic.bgl's in the Scenery/World folder. If you did not activate MTX as per the installation instructions, then you have no AI. You can go back into the scenery/world folder and rename the traffic bgl's back to their original names or activate MTX.Best regards,Jim

Im sorry but I dont know what to rename the traffic files

Im sorry but I dont know what to rename the traffic files
In the scenery/world/scenery folder you will see a file named: trafficAircraft.bgl.passive. This was renamed by the TrafficX program and it only added .passive to the original file. Simply right click on this file and click on rename then delete .passive. You will now have the default AI traffic loaded. If you want, MyTrafficX too, you'll have to activate MTX in the Scenery Library and do the modification in your FSX.cfg as stated in the MTX Installation Guide. You can also do this on the MyTrafficX website by clicking on the My Traffic Communicator in the Programs menu. Once on the site, look at the top of the screen. You can select schedules, manage fsx settings, configure MyTraffic, read the manual on how to properly install the program, and download the latest updates.I am really having a problem trying to figure out what you are trying to do. You have MyTrafficX but you don't want to activate it and yet you want AI?Best regards,Jim

so your saying if I do this I will see the Ai I downloaded? a special thanks to opaplano for his help!
