I have recently began using the Ariane 737-800 but find the FMC isnt working correctly. When I try to import a FSX flightplan as the instructions explain to do it comes up "Not in data base" and wont accept any manual inputs either. Repeatedly returning this response. Does anyone know any way around this? Is there some navigation software or data that has to be downloaded separately? Having searched ariane's website and other forums extensively I cant find any answers.Thanks in advance!

Have you tried the Ariane forums? Lots of info about this topic. The NavData is old and some of the fixes you are entering either with your flightplan or manual entry aren't in the FMC database. But, you can use manual entry of LAT/LONG coordinates to enter the fixes that aren't in the database. Until Navigraph puts out a cycle for the Ariane products (supposedly later this month), you'll have to enter fixes that way.
