Hi Fellow simmers , can anyone tell me what airport is the rockies usa near , as i have scearched for it but no joy as yet ,all help would be appreciated thank you martin uk

You could start at KCOS which is at the foot of Pikes Peak on the eastern side of the mountains, another choice is KASE which is Aspen and that is in the mountains. One more, if you want a very large airport is KDEN in Denver which is just about 70 miles north of Colorado SPrings. Those are just a few choices, there are many, but those are some of the ones that I fly out of a lot.Philip

Fly the ILS approach to Jackson Hole WY. Mountain views, left and right, are fairly impressive! Nearby Teton mountains, which I believe are considered part of the Rocky Mountain chain, are at 13,000 ft. KJAC at 6400 ft.Larry JonesFlorence, MT.-.-.
