CNET has a good review on this system but they are down on the AMD CPU - http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/dell-studio-xps-7100/4505-3118_7-34117339.html#reviewPage1 as it has poor application performance. FSX is CPU dependent so that should be taken into consideration. Not an expert on OCing this system so will let an expert advise you on that. But I did ask Google: "can the AMD X4 Phenom II 870 be overclocked" and it didn't come up with any specific responses to the 870 but there was a good article on the AMD X4 Phenom II CPU and overclocking and you can check that out here: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/819 . Best regards,Jim

Looks like there's no chance to overclock thathttp://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=647215After reading through that thread I can only say, get that rig at your own peril :D

Haha, he doesn't want it for FSX. He's just using it as a temporary replacement to his P4 3GHz till he builds his own gaming pc next Xmas. Cheers guys I'll pass on the info.
