FS2004 - subtle change in Nav 1/Nav2

I can't find any previous ref to this but I've noticed a change to the way the nav radios are set. When I decrease the decimal portion of the nav freq, as soon as it goes below .00 the integer automatically reduces by one, e.g.,If my current freq is 114.20 and I want to go to 114.90 I would normally just decrease the .20 DOWN to .90 but as soon as I go through .00 and reach .97 the 114 auto decreases to 113.In FS2002 the 114 stays at 114.P
