October 3, 201015 yr Hello All,I've noticed a curious behavior in my FS9 lately. As a rule, I always pick my departure and arrival airports in the default FS9 editor, click "Find Route," and then add all the waypoints in between based on what the actual flight has filed (via flightaware). However lately, if I pick two airports on the east coast of the US, i.e. KTPA and KISP, as soon as I hit "Find Route," FS9 freezes for which I have to ctrl+alt+del to close it. So as a workaround, I used FSNavigator to pick just those dep and arr airports and exported to .pln. I was able to load the flight plan into FS at that point and select the appropriate waypoints to follow the real-world flight. But when I got to 27700 ft. (iFly 737-700) on my climb-out, FS9 froze. It wasn't a CTD; the sound continued but the graphics just froze. I had to ctrl+alt+del to shut down FS9. I also had the same type of freeze when attempting EGLL to KBOS. I was able to build the flight plan normally this time, but when I was at my top of climb point (way back over England...PMDG 747-400) FS froze. In both cases, the freeze happened at exactly the same point when I tried the flights again. Yesterday I successfully did "Find Route" and flew a flight from KLAS to KGEG with no problems in the iFly 737-700. I've completed other west-coast USA flights lately as well. I'm beginning to wonder if there is some corrupted scenery or waypoints that is causing my FS to freeze like that. I don't have any payware add on scenery in that part of the world. I have added a bunch of waypoints to FS that didn't exist in the stock game via .txt-->.xml-->BGLComp but I've been adding them a little at a time for years now with no issues. Has anyone ever experienced this problem?? I really (REALLY) don't want to have to reinstall FS9...everyone knows how much of a pain that is when you've got tons of addons and tweaks. Thanks in advance for the help,Adam Adam Hill
