Oleksiy Frolov has his new COF version just about ready for release. This is the best Dash 8 ever made for FS2K2 and the FSCOF version promises to be even better.http://members.shaw.ca/danport/fanda.jpg

Try using one that worked in FS2002....if it doesn't function, you're not out anything. I am currently using aircraft from the previous version of FS, and although I'm no pilot, and hardly an expert with respect to A/C behaviour, I see no problems. This is not to say that _all_ will function nominally....just the ones I have tried to date; it all depends on how the *.air file is interpreted.One hint or suggestion if going this route: when the dialog box comes up about disabling the compatibility issues, select 'NO'.

Good news about Frolov's dash 8. You all are right, the one for 2002 is outstanding. I will wait for this issue of the dash 8 since it has set the gold standard for this sim aircraft.
