I dont think its just you, I have the same problem too and im sure every one else. Personally I think that the new fs9 weather engine is HORRIBLE. Yes the clouds look good, and that you could see them in the distant is great, but being able to see the airport from 10,000 ft 20 miles out when atis is reporting 2 miles in heavy rain at the airport, well that just plain and simply is unrealislistic. FS9 Clouds look great and are well modeled, but the weather engine is alot worser than fs2002's .

I guess Microsoft strikes again. What a shame.
