I'm wondering if it is possible to replace the huge 2004 GPS with the older 2002 version? Whikle I appreciate the power of the new Garmins, I find having to constantly turn it on and off tedious. It takes up so much of the panel and shrinking ot renders it about useless. Any way to bring the old one back in??Thanks,Dave

I dont think it's possible. The GPS coding for FS2004 will present either the new Garmin-295 or Garmin-500. You can try re-naming the FS2002 GPS gauge and moving it to FS2004. Then adjust your panel.cfg files to display the re-named older GPS, but I don't think it will work. My guess is it will cause FS9 to crash when trying to access, but it's worth a shot.Dave
